CURRENT EVENTS

To find a current event article for your class takes a bit of work.  

Just typing a search term into Google will produce millions of results  most of which you cannot use.

This weeks article: from Time magazine:

Check what requirements your teacher has for the assignment.

  • What type of source must it be from: Newspaper, Magazine, Academic Journal ?

  • Can it be an academic blog or another form of social media?

  • How current must it be?

  • How long of an article and must it be a specific reading level?

  If you find an article that truly interests you and is not on the above list check with your teacher to see if it is acceptable to use.

Make sure your assignment is in proper APA format.
